Seasons of Restoration
Psalm 23; Acts 9:31

After intense persecution, God granted the early church a season of peace. Like a loving shepherd, He makes us "lie down in green pastures" and leads us "beside still waters" to restore our souls. God understands that we cannot constantly endure trials without seasons of refreshment. These peaceful interludes aren't permanent—valleys will come again—but they serve a divine purpose: strengthening, healing, and preparing us for what lies ahead. During restoration seasons, the church was "built up" through God's Word and grew stronger spiritually. Perhaps you're in a difficult valley now, or maybe you're experiencing peace. Either way, trust God's timing. Embrace seasons of rest as gifts from a gracious Father who knows exactly what you need.

Reflection: Are you currently in a season of trial or restoration? How can you trust God's purpose in this season?
